Welcome to NEST. Our aim is to elevate your stay with a touch of modern sophistication, redefining the essence of ‘home away from home’. Our stylish self-service apartments include all the essentials necessary for a stress free and easy stay in the heart of Bedford.

With a smart TV, washing machine, dish washer, coffee machine, ultra fast WIFI, kitchen and lounge area and a welcome pack to get you started, there’s everything you need to be able to nestle up and really take advantage of feeling at home.

Along with that, we have added the mix of ‘hotel’ as we offer weekly housekeeping and access to our well established and historic hotel, Bedford Swan Hotel & Thermal Spa, less than a 5 minute walk away along the Great River Ouse.

With pet friendly and family apartments also available, NEST offers the perfect stay for business and pleasure.

Nest Features

Self check-in

You can check in from 3pm onwards with our self-check-in system. This means you can access our apartments without needing to meet with a receptionist/ host, making sure your arrival is convenient for you with minimal effort. We know you just want to check in and get into your apartment to settle in, so no need for the unnecessary fuss upon arrival!

Check out is 11am.

Ultra-fast WIFI

As serviced apartments, we know how important it is for you to be able to work from our apartments with no buffering or interruptions to zoom calls. We have installed ultra-fast WIFI which is covered in all 7 of our apartments allowing you to browse on the internet, have your Netflix account playing and connect to your Spotify all at once.

Weekly housekeeping

All apartments are serviced once a week when linen and towels will be changed. We want to make sure you have the privacy of staying in your own space whilst also giving you a little help to keep everything clean and tidy!

Dog friendly apartment

Family stays are super important to us which is why some of our apartments have the room and facilities to accommodate the whole family when joining us! Travel cots and highchairs also available on request.

We also know spending time away from home means sometimes your fluffy friends can’t join you, which quite frankly breaks our hearts! To make sure you really do get that ‘home away from home’ feeling, we’ve ensured Studio 1 is dog friendly.

Kitchen

All kitchens are equipped with the essential appliances needed for a stress-free stay. You will be able to cook in the comfort of your own ‘home’ or have the freedom to explore the local area and cuisine!

Appliances includes: De’Longhi coffee pod machine, 4 slice toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Lounge area

All apartments include a comfy and stylish sofa/ lounge area. Lounge areas differ depending on which studio room you are in – with some sofas being able to transform into a sofa bed. Lazy sofa days are a must now and again, so don’t worry we’ve got you covered here!

Smart TV

Our Samsung TV’s are a top of the range smart TV which allow you to connect to your favourite streaming platforms including Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney + and many more for your endless enjoyment of entertainment whilst staying with us.

Soft linen towels

Each apartment is supplied with soft linen towels for your stay which will be changed once a week when housekeeping visits your apartment. We know there’s nothing worse than scratchy towels, so we’ve made sure our soft linen towels are a key feature in every apartment.

Shower rooms

Our shower rooms are all individually styled to enhance a calming atmosphere. Freshen up with our powerful showers and range of Soapsmith toiletries. Soapsmith products are 100% recycled and from natural ingredients only, only the best toiletries to start your stay with us here at Nest. A laundry bin will also be provided to help you keep the space tidy and relaxing during your stay.

Welcome pack

We’ve added a little welcome pack to get you started when joining us which includes Hope & Glory Tea, Nescafe Coffee pods, fresh milk, cereals, salt & pepper, mineral water, vegetable oil, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and washing machine tablets. We hope the welcome pack will help you get settled as quickly as possible. It’s important to us that our guests are comfortable and relaxed from the moment they walk through the door!
